Together, the Behavior Analysts train MAWSECO and district Special Education staff in de-escalation techniques and restrictive procedures annually. They work to develop and deliver trainings relevant to teachers and paraprofessionals. They'd enjoy answering your questions, so reach out to your district's special supervisor to see if working with a Behavior Analyst is right for you and your student.
