How to get support

Get support

When a student’s team has implemented behavior interventions and requires additional behavior consultation, the Special Education Supervisor and Case Manager will meet and complete the Behavior Analyst/Classroom Systems Consultant request form. Upon receipt of the request form, a Behavior Analyst and/or Classroom Systems Consultant will schedule an observation to determine the consultant who will provide support. If the consultation requires classroom-wide or systemic support, the Classroom Systems Consultant will be the first to consult to help develop appropriate systems.

If it is determined that the student requires individualized behavior-analytic support, a Behavior Analyst parental consent form will be completed and the Behavior Analyst will consult with the student’s team. This process is in place for students receiving services in any type of special education programming (i.e., district, setting IV, care & treatment, etc.).
